 "Commercial Side of IP"

 

 
SUBJECT:

The theme of the conference will be issues of commercialization and valuation of intellectual property. The main objective of the conference is to familiarize the participants with the practical aspects of IP valuation, in particular in the context of buying and selling, accounting, risk assessment, the development and financing of start-ups. Key aspects concerning the practice of due diligence, commercialization and IP valuation will be presented by experienced practitioners from the USA, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, Turkey and Poland.

 

 

PROGRAMME:

A detailed programme of the conference along with basic information about the speakers is available here HERE. The conference will be held in English with the exception of one presentation which will be held in Polish.

 

 

TIME & PLACE:

The conference will take place on 18 November 2015 (Wednesday) in Warsaw, in the conference hall of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie) at 15 Żytnia street (room no 16, first floor).

 

 

 

CONFERENCE FEE:

There is a fee for participation in the conference.

 

Thanks to the cooperation with the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw and the support of sponsors the conference fee is at the very preferential rate, which is:

• PLN 150 net (+23%VAT) = PLN 184,50 (ca.: EUR 45) gross - for members of LES Poland and participants who will decide to join LES Poland before or at the time of registration for the conference.
  
• PLN 290 net (+23%VAT) = PLN 356,70 (ca.: EUR 85) gross - for other participants.

 

The conference fee covers beverages and lunch. Additionally, participants will receive a certificate with their name and a package with conference materials.
