IP rights to works and objects of industrial property rights created by employees arise on the part of the employer or are acquired by him by virtue of law. However, are the legal provisions sufficient to guarantee the employer that he acquires these rights to the necessary extent and that his legal situation is safe and secure? The presentatio will focus on several issues related to employee IP rights, which should be taken into account in relations with employees.
